Any wearable/accessory items purchased through the shop page are only eligible for a refund or exchange in the event that the item was damaged when received or failed to be shipped by RewiredItsALifestyle.com within 3 business days of purchase. In cases where an item was not received, the customer must provide their shipping tracking information as proof that the item was not received. In cases where the item was received damaged, the item must be returned to losacie.com before a refund or exchange with be honored. Items purchased in the wrong size are only eligible for an exchange after return of original item. Items are no longer refundable after 14 days of purchase.

 

Training Courses

 

Training courses are generally non refundable. In the event that a customer is unable to access or download the content through the links provided via email once purchased and proof is provided, a refund may be issued. In the event that only a few files are unable to be downloaded or accessed, the missing files will be sent to the customer directly.

 

Toxic To Healthy 90 Day Transformation Program

 

Los Acie is committed to helping all his clients reach their goals and truly see a transformation in their lives. So in the event a client has not seen any results in 90 days, Los will work with them until they do at no additional cost. If after an extended time results still aren’t achieved, Los will refund the clients investment 100% and pay the client $500 as an apology for wasting their time. The refund is only eligible 90 days or more after beginning the program and if the client has done everything they have been asked to. This is to ensure client commitment to following through finishing the full program and not quitting prematurely.

 

Hourly Booked Coaching Sessions

 

Hourly sessions are only refundable through cancellation prior to scheduled appointment. Notice of cancellation must be given 24 hours or more prior to scheduled appointment.

 

 

4 Session Coaching Packages

 

Payment is in advance unless there are special circumstances. This is because I want you to make a firm commitment to lasting positive results, rather than just put a toe in the water. 

However, be assured that if the coaching really is not working out after the first two sessions for a mutually agreed and discussed reason, either of us can terminate the relationship with an appropriate refund.

 

 

Speaking Event Bookings

 

Event bookings are only refundable through cancellation prior to the scheduled event. Notice of cancellation must be given 5 days or more prior to booked event in order to receive a refund. Travel expenses paid such as airfare are non refundable but 50% of the fee booked will be refunded.
